Information entered in the RFQ

The RFQ form uses the information you enter to prepare an inquiry summary in your browser. This static website does not send form entries to a server, upload drawings or save RFQs in a website database. Generating a summary alone does not send a message. Avoid entering information that is not needed for your inquiry.

When you choose to send

The email link opens your configured email application. The WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp and may pass the prepared inquiry text to that service. Review the recipient and message before sending. Information you choose to send is handled through your email or WhatsApp service and by the recipient for the inquiry. Their services have their own privacy terms.

Copies, downloads and browser behavior

You can copy the summary to your clipboard or download a local text file. Those copies remain under your control. The form does not use local storage to retain entries, although your browser may provide autofill or restore page data according to its settings. Refreshing or closing the page may clear your work.

Hosting and external sites

Images, styles, scripts and fonts are included locally in this website package. No analytics, advertising tracker or cookie-based marketing tool is included. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to serve the website. External source links and communication services operate separately.

Questions about an inquiry

Contact cs@jiujianggrp.com to ask about information you have sent, request a correction or discuss removal where applicable. Identify the relevant inquiry without sending unnecessary sensitive information. This notice should be updated if the website later adds a form service, analytics or other data processing.
