Cut-to-size and shaped blanks
Send a dimensioned size list or controlled drawing. Identify cutouts, holes, edge requirements and any later machining or welding allowance. Proposed process, tolerance and achievable geometry are confirmed after review.
Folded and perforated panel requirements
Include the panel outline, pattern, open areas, border dimensions, fixing holes and folded returns. Mark the visible face and orientation. The design team must establish supports, connections, loads and movement allowances; a processing quotation does not replace an assembly design.
Surface finish and pre-weathering
Specify the actual base grade before describing the finish. For pre-weathering inquiries, agree a physical sample, treatment scope, any coating, acceptable variation and handling guidance. The initial appearance can continue to change after installation.

- Grade, standard, thickness and delivered condition
- Drawing file with revision and unit system
- Finished dimensions, allowances and acceptance tolerances
- Visible faces, edge treatment and sample requirements
- Quantity by part number and required delivery date
