Material overview
Pre-weathering describes a surface preparation or treatment, not a steel grade. Start with the approved base material, then agree the preparation, sample appearance, handling and acceptance conditions.

Prepare the order details
Identify the required dimensions in millimeters, quantity in pieces and any tolerances beyond the agreed product standard. For shaped parts, include the drawing revision, cutting allowance and visible-face requirements.

- Mill finish, natural weathering or a separately agreed treatment
- Delivered condition, identification and inspection records
- Site exposure, intended application and drainage considerations
- Destination, delivery basis, packing and requested schedule
