Define the requirement
Start with the project condition, dimensions and finish requirement. Put the relevant drawing revision and acceptance basis in the inquiry.
Coordinate fabrication and installation
Confirm edges, joints, drainage, holes and access before cutting or forming. A marked drawing and sample can prevent avoidable changes.
Record the acceptance basis
Separate appearance review from certificates, dimensional checks and packing requirements. Keep the agreed specification with the quotation.
